Charlyne Lefebvre-Paillé is a bilingual design research and service design leader with 15 years of experience working at the intersection of design, and technology. She has worked across consulting, corporate, and public service settings in Canada, the US, and Europe.

Charlyne specializes in service design and design research, focusing on how these practices can drive meaningful change in organizations, and in society. Her work blends theory and practice, applying human-centered research to improve complex systems such as healthcare delivery and government services. She brings a strong understanding of how service design can leverage technology to enhance operational service effectiveness, without empeding on ethics and human experiences.
